Location is great, less then 10 minutes from Alderwood mall. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, check out the Bonefish Grill! Check in/out was very quick, staff are friendly and courteous. Would stay here again, no problem.
Pool should be adults only from 9-10pm.

Ideal for business travelers
The kitchen staff were very good too assist me every single day. Plus, one of the managers, Kyle, was on point, everything ran smoothly-trust me.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still fair given the circumstances.

Fast check in and late check out. Caring staff, high-class and well-appointed room with 2 queen beds. Location right by more restaurants and grocery stores and drug stores as well as that concert venue in Woodenville.

The laundry service was handy, but the washers had a mildewy smell, which was a slight setback. I enjoyed breakfast one morning with my daughter, where we had a variety of freshly prepared items and received fast, pleasant service. Camden, one of the staff, was particularly helpful in taking our picture before the Viennese Ball and providing directions. The stay was good, but the quality of the washing machines needs some attention.

The staff were experienced and professional. The lobby/restaurant area was inviting...i enjoyed just sitting and having a cup of your excellent coffee while I read my book and waited for my daughters to get ready to go out. I was dissappointed the hot tub was out of order but I guess these things happen.
Just a small complaint...shoving your statement under our door at 3am woke both myself and my daughter up with a start...a bit of a scare! Also...i had booked online and brought my confirmation with me but you did not have our reservation. Your staff took care of it quickly but I was a bit taken aback.

We loved exploring the nearby kayaking spots and checking out some fun scuba diving. The hotel's amenities were solid, and we appreciated the comfort of our room. Definitely a good spot for a group trip! I'd recommend giving this place a try if you want a relaxing getaway.
My check-in was a bit of a hassle because I didn't get the digital key I was looking forward to using, but it wasn't a major issue. Just had to ask for the regular keys, which worked out fine.

Really good service from the attentive staff. A special mention goes to Mandy and Ricardo, whose support was invaluable during a situation that required quick resolution. Despite some challenges with the breakfast offerings, the extraordinary dishes during the event surpassed expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms ensured that our large group had a pleasant stay that contributed to a successful reunion.

The stay included a clean and spacious king room that provided a comfortable escape, and the really good service from staff. Breakfast options featured homemade dishes, excellent and satisfying. The absence of room service during the visit was disappointing, and the laundry facilities had lingering smells that detracted from the overall experience. The hot tub was unavailable, which limited some relaxation options.

Excellent Service and Comfortable Rooms
The staff's dedication to service stood out, particularly when they helped me navigate a few issues that arose, everything was handled promptly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was prepared to order, with delicious options like omelets that set a great tone for the day. I would have appreciated having a more accessible dining option on-site .
